For your planning:

  1. Have directions to the school.

  2. PLEASE BE FLEXIBLE!!!  Plan your buses a little earlier than needed and plan to keep them a little later than needed so that you have room to breathe as the schedule dictates throughout the day.

  3. Plan to arrive at the contest sight a full 20-30 mins. Before your warm-up time BEGINS!  Your time in the warm-up room will begin at the time scheduled whether or not your choir is in the room!!!

  4. You will need to bring 3 original copies of each piece you plan to perform, with the measures numbered

  5. Bring your Form 1 (eligibility)

  6. Bring, or mail in, your contest check.  Scott must have your check before your group can perform.

  7. Make sure your accompanist knows when and where to meet you.  You and your accompanist should try to show up at least 30 minutes before you 1st scheduled performance.
